Mission

W+iC supports the advancement and promotes the success of gender minorities in the chemical sciences. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for chemists to grow both professionally and personally through a variety of activities — mentoring and networking events, professional development workshops, and community outreach opportunities. Importantly, we also aim to advocate for and recognize the accomplishments of women in our department.
